Manpower Department is obliged to produce trained skilled workforce. With it we promise: -

 

  1. To pay all claims and bill payment within 7 days of receipt on complete documents.
  2. To confirm receiving complaint within 24 hours and give feedback within 7 working days.
  3. To pay allowances to eligible students not late than day 10 of the following month.
  4. To distribute Student's Examination Result Slip on each semester within 2 weeks after Meeting of Examination and Certification Committee.
  5. To ensure each customer at the counter will be attended to within 15 minutes.
